Responsible for managing an accounting operations group(s) such as corporate trust reporting, security clearance, and personal savings and deposit services, including conducting the performance management process and providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions. Monitors accounting and recordkeeping processes to ensure timely and accurate client reports. Ensures that adequate systems supports are obtained and maintained. Monitors productivity and quality of output.Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and use of trust systems, usually acquired through experience in related areas, is required to ensure productivity of the section. Knowledge of accounting and legal reporting requirements is required to manage a client reporting unit. Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to motivate team members towards the goals set.
