Setting up appointments with the HR Managers / Head Business Development

JD for Recruiter
Individual need to work on the requirements of the clients and provide the best match as per the job descriptions.
The job is multi-facet and includes Business Development, developing, leading a motivated team of recruiters and sourcing and servicing various jobs

Should be able to handle recruitment for Oil/GAS/Construction
