Job Details:Role Sr. Business Analyst ( Can be a Sr. Project Lead or PM) Primary Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and management in major or multiple minor projects Ensure quality of deliverables for projects/ proposals Requirements gathering, Functional specifications, Functional test cases, release notes, user documentation From a functional perspective - contribute towards root cause analysis of major and persistent support issues for selective support groups Contribute to Pre Sales effort create marketing collaterals, contribute to RFI/RFP process Work with sales & Delivery teams to discover new business opportunities in existing and potential accounts Understand training requirements of the delivery teams and conduct domain training sessions Conceptualize innovative frameworks and POCs in the Retail systems space Mandatory Experience and Skills: Around 7 years of experience as a BA in Retail IT projects for major US retail customers Good grasp on latest Retail industry, processes & technology trends in Developed/ US markets Experience in articulating value propositions and contributing to RFPs/RFIs Strong Business Analysis Skills and solid knowledge about Retail Domain processes Exposure to at least one Retail ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDA) and or Optimization tools Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts Excellent oral & written communication skills Good analytical & Problem solving skills with a self learning attitude Team player & Process oriented Extensive Onsite - customer facing work experience Flexibility in TravellingPreferred: Certification in Business Analysis / Retail Management Certification in Rational Tools or Process Modeling tools ARIS etc Valid Visas B1/H1, UK work permit Education Engineering Graduate with a Masters/MBA degree from a reputed universities Specialization in IT/Computer Science/ Retail management will be an advantage
