EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Desired: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • 9+ years as a software developer utilizing object-oriented design techniques • 5+ years product development experience involving hardware and software. • 5+ years of experience on C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server with demonstrated deep knowledge of the .NET Framework and related technologies. • Technical Skills - OOP, VS 2008, .NET framework 4.0, Silverlight 3.0 or 4.0, ASP.NET, C#.Net, WCF, Remoting, Design Patterns, XML, Javascript, AJAX, SQL server 2005/2008, T-SQL • 2+ years experience leading software teams and projects • Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering • Prior experience developing web applications and enterprise software systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts. • Problem solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. • Experience working with global teams • Technical Learning - Abreast of current software development/engineering methodologies.
